Ross Planning has taken receipt of the final detailed planning permission for this major new business park development in Omagh.

The site is Greenfield land situated on the Omagh Throughpass, beside Gortrush Industrial Park.

The grant of planning permission will create the opportunity for major new business development in Omagh, including high-specification offices and more traditional types of business premises.

The site will also accommodate a new hotel, to be focused on business users and providing meeting and conference facilities.

Receiving this approval was a great way to complete 2013, thanks to all the hard work by the Planning officers who handled this large, complex application.
