Les has been a practicing town planning consultant for over ten years. He has previously worked for two of the UK’s largest independent planning consultancies, Turley Associates and David Lock Associates. Les was also employed by Planning Service in Coleraine at an early stage of his career. He has experience of working for major clients in England and Northern Ireland, both in the public and private sector. Les has been involved in some of the most significant development proposals in Northern Ireland as part of the lead consultancy in multi-disciplinary teams. Les set up Ross Planning consultancy in 2005.
